Qualified at Masters level in Community Practice, Rosie uses her own lived experiences of care to build meaningful and transparent professional friendships.
A former police officer for 10 years, Rosie
specialised in child criminal exploitation and urban street gangs. Following this, Rosie progressed to be a thought leader in the fields of participation, engagement and stakeholder management. Focussing on young people transitioning from care to leaving care and the organisations supporting them
Believing that all people can lead successful lives with the right support, Rosie works with people through a social pedagogical approach. Rosie co-produces plans to strengthen identity, forge meaningful relationships, and provides them with a language to know how to ask for help when needed and navigate future hurdles throughout their journey.
